2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility: Our services are available for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are:

  • Recognized by a local government body
  • Registered under Udyam Aadhaar MSME registration
  • Holding a valid GST certificate (if applicable)
  • Having an active bank account
  • Complying with general lending regulations
    2.2 User Responsibilities: Applicants must provide accurate information, comply with legal regulations, and fulfill their financial commitments. Any false information may lead to rejection or legal action.

3. Service Limitations & Liabilities

3.1 Loan Approvals: Fidesco Enterprises is not responsible for loan approvals or rejections. Loan approval is solely at the discretion of the lender based on their terms and applicant eligibility.
3.2 Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any costs, financial or non-financial losses, penalties, fines, fees, or legal suits incurred by the applicant. Additionally, we are not liable for refunds, especially for amounts collected by lenders.
3.3 No Guarantees: We do not provide any guarantees regarding funding approvals. Loan approvals are subject to lender policies.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

4.1 Data Collection: We collect KYC details, bank statements, business financials, and other necessary information required by lenders to process loan applications.
4.2 Data Sharing: User data may be shared with third-party lenders or financial institutions. A one-time consent will be obtained from the applicant at the time of application.

5. Payment & Refund Policies

5.1 Fees & Charges: Any fees charged are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
5.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy: All fees paid to Fidesco Enterprises are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will be granted only at the sole discretion of Fidesco Enterprises on a case-by-case basis. 6.1 Dispute Handling: Disputes will be resolved based on the degree of the issue, following industry-standard practices such as arbitration, mediation, or legal action as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
6.2 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.

7.1 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
