    • Documentation and administrative charges
  • Fees paid directly to lenders or third-party financial institutions are strictly non-refundable as per their policies.

3.2 Discretionary Refunds

  • Fidesco Enterprises reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a refund is granted at our discretion, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original mode of payment.

4.2 Indian Laws Governing Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019: Protects consumers but does not mandate refunds where terms have been clearly communicated.
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872: Governs agreements between users and Fidesco Enterprises regarding refund policies.
  • Information Technology Act, 2000: Ensures transparency in online financial transactions.

5. Dispute Resolution for Refunds & Cancellations

  • Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be first attempted to be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
  • If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
